Are you ready to see a party that is SEW cute and SEW pretty? Well, today you’re about to, as I share with you Anika’s cute as a button Lalaloopsy birthday party!
Although it’s a Lalaloopsy themed party, the styling and party details revolved mostly on sewing elements such as yarns and buttons rather than the Lalaloopsy dolls. I think this is a great idea by the celebrant’s mommy, Claire, as it made the party look very chic and pretty. Another great party detail is the DIY ceiling decor made from pastel-colored styro plates made to look like buttons. How clever is that?
Here’s a bit about the party from mommy Claire:
I started planning my daughter’s 1st birthday party 5 months in advance. For this party, we’ve decided to emphasize more on Lalaloopsy sewing elements which are buttons, yarns and spools. I am very happy and proud to have Gideon Hermosa of The Events Studio as stylist because he really did an awesome job. Most of the party details used were hand made by me and the stylist, Gideon Hermosa.

Great job, mommy Claire! Thanks for sharing Anika’s party! 🙂
